I just entered into an agreement for services this morning. To date the customer service I received was excellent. The first appointment was scheduled this morning and I was able to schedule the second appointment within a few hours. I was able to begin using their answering service within a few hours of m initial contact. I am extremely pleased with their plans of service and the customer service I have received. I am hoping that our working relationship continues in this manner.

So far it's been great. The system is incredibly well laid out and sales and onboarding have been great. I called and was fully set up within a day.

LEX does some things that no one else seems to do. You can see and edit what the agent sees. And rather than confirm the spelling of all contact info of every call, you can easily upload your contacts and the LEX agent can skip the lengthy and cold confirmation of every caller's name, phone, and email. Instead, they can give a warm personal greeting and get to the heart of the call quickly. I also like they they are fully integrated with my case management and new case CRM. Call info is logged into the correct system automatically.

Update: We continue to improve and tweak the process. My primary contact person with LEX has been Latasha Parker. She deserves specific recognition. Her competence, diligence, genuine concern, and attention to detail are as good as it gets! Thank you!
