I have been a LEX customer for years. Over that time, I have had issues with the script & integrations which once I identified were corrected. Just like a legal case where something that looks simple to accomplish to someone who doesn't under the law, I take the same approach with coding & integrations: Looks simple & should be quick is like thinking climbing Mt. Everest is just walking up a mountain. I'm an attorney, not a IT coder for a reason. Today, Subhojit Bhowmick on the integrations team exceeded all prior interactions and even identified a "mystery issue" while he patiently waited for me to complete tasks on my end. I told him I will send him all the good karma for 2026.
